REFRACTORY POWDERS FOR GUNITING:
PERICLASE-CHROMITE PPHT, CHROMITE- PERICLASE PHPT AND PLASTICIZED PERICLASE-CHROMITE PPHT REFRACTORY POWDERS
The powders are applied for guniting of walls and banks of steel-melting furnaces and other thermal units. Guniting enables to extend and smooth out service lives of different elements of steel-melting furnaces: roofs, walls, banks, runners, steel-tapping holes.
The powders may be produced with different chemical and grain composition upon agreement with Customers.
The powders are applied:
- In reheat furnaces (soaking pits) of rolling mills;
- As a refractory component of molding sand mixtures and core sand mixtures in the foundry production.
The powders may be produced with different chemical and grain composition upon agreement with Customers.
The powders are applied:
- During installation and maintenance of tapholes, to fill up butts and gap clearances in the electric arc furnaces, converters and openhearth
furnaces and other thermal units;
- To fill up gap clearances between the bottom lining and well block in steel-teeming ladle;
- To fill up gap clearances during lining of the converter bottom;
- As a buffer layer of the steel-teeming ladle lining;
- For protection coating of induction block, to repair cups and other parts of induction furnaces (lining of the doors, spouts, lining plates),
to coat ladles in foundry production.

Periclase powders are used for the periclase, periclase chromite and periklase spinel products. The powders may be produced with different chemical and grain composition upon agreement with Customers.
Used for welding on, repair and refueling bottoms and other parts of electric furnaces. The powders may be produced with different chemical and grain composition upon agreement with Customers.
